With the use of our small fleet of powerline and high voltage equipment, (which includes an aerial lift bucket truck, stiff boom crane truck, cable tugging, and powered reel stand equipment), WEC is capable of electrical installations up to 25kv, including overhead powerline construction and padmount style high voltage distribution equipment.
We operate an in-house industrial control panel shop with the ability to design, draft, build, and commission, industrial type PLC and motor control panels. Our control panel shop is listed with, and inspected by Intertek Testing Services NA Ltd. (ETL).
WEC understands that successful projects are only possible with proper project management, comprehensive health & safety protocols, and quality tradespeople. We have the administrative and technical support, as well as industry relationships, to be able to manage and perform projects as either a general or sub-contractor. From high voltage and high power service switchgear, down to milliamp process instrumentation, and everything in between; we have the experience and skills necessary to successfully perform and complete electrical projects in municipal utility infrastructure.
